On July 8, 2026, Painter engraver Karel Vereycken was informed by the Circle Foundation for the Arts (CFA) that he won an award, « presented in recognition of your artwork’s ‘The Coincidence of Opposites’ outstanding aesthetic and technical quality, having been selected for the Curator’s List of favorite submissions in the Art IDEAL Book Cover Contest, June/July 2026, hosted by Circle Arts.«
