Karel Vereycken selected for Paris Art Renaissance & International Salon (P.A.R.I.S.)
On August 27, 2026, Franco-Belgian Painter and Engraver Karel Vereycken was informed by the Los Angeles based art platform TERAVARNA, that he was selected as one of the twenty artists invited to expose their works physically at the Paris Art Renaissance & International Salon (P.A.R.I.S.). To be noted, Karel Vereycken will be the unique French national at this prestigious exhibit in the French capital.
TERAVARNA:

On July 8, 2026, painter engraver Karel Vereycken was informed, that with his engraving Fisherman 2, he obtained an Honorable Mention Award in Teravarna’s « 13th Portrait » 2026 International Juried Art Competition.

On May 7, 2026, Franco-Belgian painter engraver Karel Vereycken, was informed he won a « Honorable Mention Award » in the « 13th Landscape » international juried Art competion of Teravarna.
Karel Vereycken wins Honarable Mention Award in 10th Color Art Competion
On Jan. 23, Franco-Belgian painter engraver and historian Karel Vereycken was informed that, with his watercolor The Return of Poseidon, he « won an Honorable Mention Award in the « 10th COLOR » International Juried Art Competition ».
Karel Vereycken wins Talent Prize Award for « 13th Open » art contest
On Oct. 21, 2025, painter-engraver Karel Vereycken got the following notification from the Los Angeles-based global online art gallery and platform for artists TERAVARNA:
« We’re delighted to bring you the exciting news that you have won a TALENT PRIZE AWARD in the « 13th OPEN » International Juried Art Competition. »

Karel’s color engraving « Farmers of Sudan », for which the prize was awarded, is currently on display at the exhibition « Estampes d’automne » at the Bo Halbirk engraving workshop in Montreuil where it can be seen till december 12, 2025.
Karel Vereycken awarded in « 8th Water » art contest
This summer, I crafted an engraving which I named « H2O ». Days later, I discovered there was an international juried art competition on the theme of « Water » organized by the Art Show International Gallery, currently known as Teravarna. So I decided to participate.
On Sept. 20, , Teravarna informed me :
